Each LGBTQ+ Center receives a Gayme Night Kit which includes a variety of games as well as promotional material. We generally try to send each location the same kit and materials, however specific games depend upon on offers we receive from retailers and manufacturers. If you know of an entity willing to give us a better price and/or willing to make an in-kind donation of games, please contact us with the details. With the games, materials, and postage, the current kit costs Tabletop Gaymers $183.18.

Promotional Materials and Other Expenses
The kits include promotional materials, tee-shirts for Gayme Masters, and swag for participants of the first event at each center. (The centers are expected to keep the games and use them for recurring Gayme Nights.) There is also the cost to package and ship the 30 pound box.
