To raise operational funds for Tabletop Gaymers — a nonprofit whose mission is championing the visibility and inclusion of the lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer/questioning, intersex, asexual, and others (LGBTQIA+) community through tabletop gaming — we are holding a virtual fundraising event. The prizes will be “door prizes” for anyone attending the virtual event, attendees need not be present to win.
To attend this virtual fundraising event, you must do or have done one or more of these things during the month of June 2021.
- Join our Team of Sustaining Donors at $5/month or greater
- Make a One-Time Donation of $25 or greater
- Order from our Donor Rewards Catalog a total of $50 or greater
- Become a Corporate Partner or Renew Your Partnership
- send us a postcard with your email address
The last one is important. This is a fundraiser, but for legal and ethical reasons, this is the equivalent of “no purchase necessary to win” and is meant as an option for those of you whose financial means restrict the ways in which you can show your support. We love all our supporters regardless of their economic status.
On Wednesday, 07 Jul 2021, we will send an email to all the sustaining donors, one-time donors, etc. and those who mailed us a postcard. This email will include details on the virtual fundraising event and instructions for picking which prizes you want a chance to win. You need not be present to win a prize.
Prizes will be announced as they are arranged with our Corporate Partners.

If you are unable or choose not to support us financially, you can still participate in our virtual fundraising event. We love all our supporters regardless of their economic status. Just send us a postcard or a letter with your Name and Email Address clearly printed on it. Make sure you print clearly because we don’t do so well with questionable handwriting.
